Really this page should be titled "About Me" because for the most part, it is just me.  I do employ some help from time to time when things get really busy so I can still give prompt response to everybody. (After all my company name is Fix My PC Right Now), but you will always see me as your IT guy.

 

When it comes down to PC Repair "supporting the little guy" has more benefits than you think:

• My rates are more affordable because I have little overhead operating costs.
• I'm more experience than the larger companies because most of them hire anybody and train them.  (I don't blame them though, I have tried hiring help before and it is extremely hard to find good people)
• Since I'm the owner of my company, I am actually very interested in making sure you're happy.  At the end of the day, you're the one helping me pay my bills, and you're my main source of advertising. (word of mouth)
• I'm honest.  I'm not going to pull the wool over your eyes.
• I can give you options and help you make the right decisions.
